Policy

  • A deposit is required to book your appointment (first time booking only).
  • Please wait for a confirmation message before arriving.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours in advanced you will be automatically charged a fee of 25% of your total price.
  • No call/no show counts as a completed appointment, and you will be charged the full price.
  • There is a 10-minute grace period; after that, the deposit will be used as a late fee, and you will pay the full price.
  • Appointments outside regular hours will incur an extra convenience fee on top of the deposit.
  • If you reschedule less than 24 hours ahead of time your deposit will be considered a rescheduling fee.
